Caster Bracket Welding Project
This project uses a MIG350ixr single-pulse welding machine and a 6-station 1800W splitter turntable as the driving tooling power, and uses two 10kg-class BRTIRUS1510A six-axis industrial robots to achieve the entire automated welding, which greatly avoids the pulse arcdamage to manual work and is more efficient than traditional manual work.

In the stamping line project, a two-station loading table precisely positions the product, and then 10 BRTIRPZ1508A four-axis robots automatically load and unload parts to the six stamping machines step by step. During production,two transfer tables and one flip table are also equipped. Final product will placed on the conveyor belt and handled manually.
